Digital Conversion
ACT makes the conversion of videotapes and audiotapes into electronic formats such as MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 affordable and accessible via barcodes for courtroom presentation. These formats can be stored on a hard drive, DVD-ROM, or CD-ROM.
Transcript Synchronization
ACT accurately synchronizes electronic transcripts to digitized videotapes and/or audiotapes. This technology allows for the preparation of testimony designations in the war room or for the creation of last-minute impeachment segments during the proceeding.
ACT also offers synchronization of any foreign language videotape or audiotape to an English transcript.
Designation Edits
Edited videotapes are often used in courtrooms to summarize the testimonies of witnesses who cannot attend the proceeding. It is also used as an effective impeachment tool for the witness on the stand. ACT accurately edits deposition testimony videotape and reassembles the designations in the desired sequence. ACT can then transfer the edited material to any medium along with added transitions that distinguish each designated segment for use at arbitration, mock trial, or trial.
