“ACT’s team was very detail oriented
and did a fantastic job. Things went great … $150,000 in compensatory

“… the equipment operated flawlessly
and the deposition video clips were cut flawlessly … Note
that after trial (during an interview) one of the jury members commented
on the effectiveness of viewing one of the key witnesses …
(via video). Everyone I worked with at Advanced Courtroom Technologies
was extremely helpful, easy and pleasant. I will not hesitate to
utilize your services again. [… ] I wouldn’t hesitate
to recommend your services to others.”

"I wanted to express Autodesk's appreciation
for the outstanding work you and your company provided us in successfully
defending litigation with one of our largest competitors. Our case
relied heavily upon videotaped testimony and extensive documentation
generated over a twelve-year business relationship. The technology
and advice provided by your company helped to present the evidence
to the jury in a manner that allowed Autodesk to tell the story
it needed to tell to be successful. I attribute much of the victory
to the work done by you and your company.
"Thank you for your hard work and technical expertise throughout
the trial."

"ACT was extremely helpful in presentation of
a complex high technology case. Its own technology enabled us to
simplify our case presentation. ACT's personnel were well trained
and unselfish in providing assistance to our trial team and as needed
at all hours. Without hesitation, I can recommend ACT as highly
skilled in litigation support."

"Through a colleague's recommendation, I recently
hired ACT to assist us in a month-long IP trial in Washington, D.C.
We provided ACT with trial exhibits and over 60 days of videotaped
depositions for use in trial. ACT processed and organized the evidence
for easy and random access and display in the courtroom. The company's
trial consultants and support staff provided outstanding support
to our trial team, as well as that of our co-counsels'.
"Once we became familiar with ACT's dedication and expertise we
were then able to focus all of our attention on the strategy and
content of our case. I would strongly recommend ACT to other trial
attorneys who are considering using technology in the courtroom."

"We hired ACT to assist us in the presentation
of our trial exhibits for a three week patent trial in the U.S.
International Trade Commission in January 1999. ACT's system was
a very powerful trial presentation tool. It allowed us to access
and display any page of any exhibit instantaneously with just the
swipe of a bar code. The system also enabled the examining attorney
to easily manipulate the text and figures of an exhibit with a light
pen. During the trial, I often enlarged and highlighted text and
technical diagrams "on the fly" during a direct or cross examination.
The system was so powerful and impressive that the judge often asked
for hard copies of highlighted exhibits we had manipulated during
an examination. These copies were easy to provide, because ACT's
system allowed us to save them as full color images on a hard drive
which we could retrieve and print later on a color printer.
"During cross-examination, ACT's system also allowed us to impeach
witnesses by accessing prepared video clips from the witnesses'
videotaped depositions with the swipe of a bar code. The video clips
appeared instantaneously on monitors around the courtroom, and the
sound was pumped through the courtroom's PA system. In addition
to the videotape from the deposition, ACT added the scrolling text
of the witnesses' deposition transcript underneath the witnesses'
picture on the monitor. This allowed the court to see and hear the
witnesses' deposition testimony and demeanor simultaneously.
"The highlight of our first day of trial was during my cross-examination
of a witness who completely contradicted his deposition testimony
on a very important issue. After the thorough impeachment of his
testimony with ACT's fast, powerful and efficient system, his credibility
was irreparably damaged with the judge.
"I would recommend ACT's trial presentation services to any trial
attorney, and I don't intend to try another intellectual property
case without ACT on my team."
